We are a small, private clinic and are not associated with any other clinic or hospital. All payment is due at time service is provided.

If you have insurance we will verify your insurance; if you have a deductible you will be expected to pay the balance at the time of service. If your deductible is met, we will collect any co-payment and co-insurance at the time of visit and bill your insurance.

Saving for health care, especially when you don’t have insurance can be difficult and we want you to have access to health care when you need it. Therefore Butler Urgent Medicine offers a “pay it forward” plan. You can come in and place money on your account monthly or as you desire to have a credit. When you have an amount in your account equivalent to one visit and you need our services, pre-paying allows you a ‘pass to the head of the line.’ Simply call ahead of time and let the office staff know about your credit and that you are coming in. They will give you a priority position. This option is only available for those without health insurance who must pay cash!

We understand that health care is both a priority and expensive. Dr. Henderson’s goal is to provide everyone with direct, walk in access to health care for urgent needs that are affordable. Your visit fee covers many things: cost of rent and overhead, supplies, equipment, medication, salary for staff, insurance, education expenses, and repairs and upkeep before Dr. Henderson gets a paycheck. We want you to understand that health care is expensive to provide from every angle and Dr. Henderson is doing her best to provide quality care at a reasonable price.

We accept all major credit cards and you are welcome to pay with CashApp, Venmo, or  Paypal as well.

We do accept checks however checks that do not clear the bank may be subject to prosecution.

We are currently in network partnership with:
